just acting ability of actors during the audition. They also consider your
attitude and character.
Introduce Yourself and Monologue
When you enter the room, you shouldn’t
assume that agents and directors have looked at your portfolio and profile
already. You have to introduce yourself to the judges and give a brief
introduction of your monologue and character. Brief the panel during auditions.
This way, they would find out what to expect from you. So, they avoid wasting
time finding out the character in you. They would rather consider your acting
skills.
Add a Lasting Impression
Keep in mind that first 10 seconds of
your audition are very important. Agents and casting directors from agencies
